Main Responsibilities:
· Mainly responsible for financial costing analysis and ensuring effectively sustainable financial control exists.
· Audit an maintain all day-to-day finance and accounting activities in compliance with accounting, financial policy.
· Manage the integrity of standardize monthly and year-end financial reports, statisstics to the relevant designated authorities.
· High practical capacity of Cambodia Taxation Law.
· Analyzes and manage financial statements, budgets, and forecasting and drawing up policies and procedure and policy of accounting and finance.
· Closely work with external auditor, regulatory agencies and with other relevant departments.
· Maintaining the good relationship with the designated banks and ensure effective and efficient bank transaction and monthly bank reconciliations.
· Effectively and strongly coordinate external and internal stakeholders and provide strong support for financing issue.
· Enhance the liason with relevant external entities such as the tax department, banks and various governmental bodies.
· Other tasks are assigned by the top management.
Job Requirements
• Cambodian
• Master's degree in Finance and Accounting and CPA/ACCA certificate;
• Pertaining the Certificate of Cambodia Tax Agency is advantageous;
• Skillful capability af Accounting Sofwares;
• Practical competency of MS-Excel in complex formula;
• Work experience in professional accounting and finance;
• Knowledge of legal statutory matters relating company's financial management and demonstrate a
strong knowledge of operational and financial processes and practical application of financial and strategic analysis;
• Good command, both spoken and written English
• Strong organizational, analytical interpersonal skills
• Independence, selft-initiative, and able to work under pressure;
• Good coaching and developing capability;
